Oat Kernel Flour is full of essential fatty acids and has skin soothing properties. It is packed with antioxidants which make it nourishing for sensitive and damaged skin, relieving itching.
Calendula is well known as an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and soothing herb. It can help calm itchy, dry and irritated skin helping to soothe sensitive skin.
Sodium Cocyl Isethionate is a very gentle surfactant (cleanser) that is derived from coconuts. SCI produces great lather, is very mild and has a soft and silky feel in use. It’s perfect for sensitive scalps.
Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) is a strengthening and moisturising conditioner for the hair. It acts as a humectant, absorbing moisture from the air. It can improve resistance to mechanical stress. It also has anti-inflammatory properties which make it soothing for sensitive or irritated skin.
Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Glycerin, Sorbic Acid is a broad spectrum preservative blend. We think it’s really important to include a preservative in all our shampoo bars. They are designed to get wet in your shower and could easily grow bacteria and mould – yuck! This preservative is ECOCERT and COSMOS certified, meaning it is natural / organic.

pH Balanced Our shampoo bars are pH balanced to suit your hair and scalp. You won’t find there is a transition phase with our bars! Just use them like a 'normal' liquid shampoo.
Sulfate Free We have chosen to avoid harsh sulfates. Instead we have selected gentler cleansers that are kind to your hair and skin. They are gentle on colour treated hair too.
Vegan We don’t need to add any animal products into our shampoo bars, so we don’t! They’re perfect for vegans, vegetarians and people trying to avoid animal products.
Cruelty Free We never test on animals, only ourselves and willing humans! Rest assured, all our shampoo bars are made with cruelty free ingredients.
Plastic free We’re helping you remove shampoo bottles from your haircare routine, one bar at a time! Instead we package our bars in aluminium tins that can be reused or recycled.
Refill option available You might not need the tin if you’re planning to use your bar straight away. We don’t recommend storing your bars in the tin when wet. So how about a refill option? We’ll package your bar in a glassine paper bag instead. Glassine is 100% paper without any coatings so is easy to recycle or compost.

How do I use a Shampoo Bar?
Step 1: Get your hair thoroughly wet, then grab your bar and make sure that is also wet.
Step 2: Lather the shampoo bar between your hands.
Step 3: Apply the bubbles to your head, concentrating on the area around your hairline and on your scalp where the hair is thickest. Alternatively, rub the wet bar onto your hair.
Step 4: Just like you would a 'normal' liquid shampoo it's important to rinse well.
