Lip Balm: Grapefruit

Handcrafted lip balm for all skin types with coconut oil, cocoa butter and sweet almond oil, infused with beetroot. Pink Grapefruit oil for a subtle sweet citrus scent.

Sore, chapped lips need a nourishing lip balm, with a nourishing blend of plant oils, butters and waxes, to help lock in much needed moisture. With this in mind, we have chosen a blend of rich cocoa butter, soothing sweet almond oil, protecting beeswax and light coconut oil, all chosen for their calming, protective properties.  In our Grapefruit lip balm, we have infused the sweet almond oil with beetroot to add a hint of a soft rosey hue and sweetness to our balm.

With its subtle, sweet but zesty Pink Grapefruit essential oil, our Grapefruit lip balm is a firm favourite for every day.

Coconut Oil is a lightweight oil, which absorbs into skin quickly, leaving a dry finish. It is also naturally anti-microbial and anti-fungal, making it perfect in a lip balm.

Beeswax has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties that encourage the healing of wounds and fight chapped skin. It is extremely protective, forming a protective barrier between the skin and the environment, sealing in moisture without clogging the pores. Beeswax is also high in Vitamin A, which helps to support cell health.

Grapefruit Essential oil has an uplifting, energising and stimulating effect on the body and mind.  It helps to combat tiredness and is revitalizing if you are suffering from a low mood or mental exhaustion.  It is gently antiseptic and astringent, boosting circulation.

How to use:

The perfect size for your pocket or purse, even in your car. Scoop out a little of our balm and apply to dry, cracked lips with clean finger tips whenever needed.

Although aimed at soothing dry lips, our balms are very versatile and useful for soothing sore cracked hands, smoothing dry cuticles, highlighting cheekbones… anything that needs a nourishing boost.

Prunus dulcis (Sweet Almond) oil, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) oil, Theobroma cacao (Cocoa) seed butter, Cera alba (Beeswax), Citrus grandis (Grapefruit) oil, Beta vulgaris (beetroot) extract, Limonene*, Citral* and Linalool*

*Naturally occurring in grapefruit essential oils.

For external use only, not to be used around the eyes, mucous membranes or on broken skin.

Always patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
